Recently named “Rising Star” by SCMP 100 Top Tables (2023), assiduous Chef William Lau brings fresh energy to WHISK as its new Chef de Cuisine. Following a solid foundation in modern French cooking gained at some of the most acclaimed fine dining hotel restaurants in the city, Pierre and Amber, he has sharpened his skills at Arbor – a Nordic-Japanese restaurant awarded with 2 Stars Michelin.
Driven by his passion for exploring every possibility of flavour, Chef William will continue to elevate the dining experience at WHISK offering innovative French-Japanese dinner, Sunday brunch and gourmet lunch showcasing craft cooking techniques, as well as omakase dinner experience available upon request.
