正值春分节气,大地万物绿意盎然,秉承以家为本的初衷,国金轩行政总厨主厨邓浩宏师傅推出以「养生」为理念的菜谱,为一众飨客调和身心。菜式以温和的中药材入馔,展现传统古老智慧之余,亦为当代粤菜馔尝带来更多层次,展现食材之间的调和,有助平衡阴阳五行,滋补养生。邀约挚亲好友品尝期间限定的晚宴或单点菜谱,以韩国鲜人蔘五味子炖土鸡汤及姜汁鲜奶圆肉杞子炖芦荟等菜品,为挚爱带来矜贵味美。

传承中华厨艺当中,其中一个精髓 — 「和」,主厨把美食烹调幻化成一种艺术,依季节选取食材,选用珍贵的根部植物、菇菌类及莓果等蕴含中医药疗效的食材入馔,不时不食,显现各种食材味道的细致性之余,更别出心裁地揉合各种鲜美旨味,打造平衡,柔和的滋味体验!由前菜至甜品的构思,皆展现邓浩宏师傅对人体、季节、地域,以至食物营养的研究与触觉,有助在日常饮食中调和阴阳,从而滋补身体的机能,如有补中益气疗效的鲜磨豆浆茨实葛仙米浸龙虾球及老陈皮北芪党参炖和牛面脥,再配以主厨灵活变通的心思及精湛的烹调手法,让饕客来一场身心灵的舒爽之旅,让人耳目一新。
