Smita Grosse呈献的西方创意甜品

西式甜点部分由The Mira Hong Kong行政糕饼总厨Smita Grosse主理,将中式食材巧妙融入西式甜点。香梨枸杞桂花慕斯以香梨造型呈现,外层是柔滑的慕斯质地,内馅融合了养生枸杞与优雅桂花,每一口都散发着淡雅的花果香气。芝麻陈皮炖蛋巧妙融合陈皮的甘香与乌龙茶的醇厚,创造出独特的中式茶韵甜点。
 
大胆创新的五粮液朱古力让中国名酒与浓郁黑朱古力碰撞出惊喜火花。 黑芝麻云乳泡芙以轻盈酥脆的泡芙外皮,包裹香浓的黑芝麻与牛奶内馅。而重新演绎的酥脆红枣糖则保留传统风味,却以更精緻的姿态呈现,甜而不腻。

为完美搭配下午茶体验与诠释中西交融的茶饮美学,国金轩The Mira特别准备三款 Mindful Sparks气泡茶作为迎宾饮品,巧妙结合东方茶道与西方调饮工艺。 白桃碳酸伯爵气泡茶融合伯爵茶的优雅与白桃的清新; 柚子气泡玄米茶带来日式玄米茶与柚子的活泼组合;而桂花黄金乌龙冷萃无糖气泡茶则以冷萃工艺突显乌龙茶的韵味,点缀桂花芬芳。
 
宾客还可无限畅饮国金轩特级中国茗茶,包括陈香浓郁的珍藏旧普洱、茶韵清雅的清香南岩观音王,以及甘醇鲜爽的特级龙井,让传统茶香为下午茶体验画龙点睛。
