Savor a delectable 5-course menu crafted by our chefs featuring a platter of antipasti with tempting bites such as Jasmine Tea Smoked Duck with Pineapple and Puglia Burrata with Slow-roasted Tomatoes, hot and cold seafood appetizers including citrus marinated octopus, smoked salmon tartare, as well as Baked Hokkaido Scallop with Kombu Butter, follwed by creamy Boston Lobster Bisque with tarragon cream!

For mains, try all four unlimited carvings including Roasted Australian Rib Beef with Yorkshire Pudding, tender Roasted Yellow Chicken with Lemon & Thyme, aromatic Lamb Rack with Port & Orange Jus, and delicate Salmon en Papillote with Fennel and Saffron Cream. Repeat as many times as you like, just be sure to save room for the trio of desserts coming next featuring the 72% Dark Chocolate Choux with Vanilla Ice-cream!
