From the smoky comfort of tea houses and bustling cha chaan tengs to late-night tong sui dessert shops, herbal dispensaries and childhood street snacks, each handcrafted cocktail reinterprets a distinctly Hong Kong experience through innovative mixology. Enjoy these nostalgic tipples beneath the stars at one of Tsim Sha Tsui’s most spacious open-air lounges where now you can travel back to the Hong Kong many of us grew up with — one sip at a time.

Memories of Our Years cocktails are all about Hong Kong memories inspired with iconic establishment that dot our city, reimagined in a glass.
Discover 8 inventive cocktails inspired by the city’s iconic flavours and traditions that will take you down the memory lane! From Misty Pu Erh, a tribute to old-school tea houses, and Mr Yuen Yeung, a spirited take on Hong Kong’s beloved coffee-tea blend, to Tong Shui Po, a decadent homage to black sesame and mango desserts. There is also a Bittersweet Jade – a concoction of smoky mezcal and bitter melon juice inspired with handmade maltose cracker snacks sold in neighborhood corner stores, and Kowloon Highball, infused with hawthorn and goji soda as a nod to local herbal medicine pharmacies.
Crafted with premium spirits and house-made infusions, the collection captures the aromas, tastes and stories that define the city, served with a contemporary twist at Vibes, The Mira Hong Kong’s hidden courtyard outdoor bar.
