Halal Cantonese degustation menu at Cuisine Cuisine features revered fresh seafood showcased in popular dishes such as Crispy Prawn in Salted Egg Yolk, and Chef Tang’s signature Sautéed Australian Lobster with Spicy Preserved Vegetables, as well as seasonal Poached Fresh Vegetables with Yellow Fungi and Lilly Bulbs in Fish Soup.
Meanwhile, tender Halal-certified meats are used in preparation of Pan-fried Tenderloin with Blaze Mushroom, Garlic and Spring Onion as well as Crispy Chicken stuffed with Almonds and Minced Shrimp in Lemon Sauce.
