Treat Yourself to Delicious, Traceable, Guilt-free Seafood

Did you know that Hong Kong city dwellers consume on average 66kg of seafood per year which is one of the world’s highest intakes globally?

Throughout June, Yamm’s à la carte menu features three thoughtfully composed dishes showcasing certified sustainable seafood—from ASC-certified poached prawns with asparagus and quail egg in a light, seasonal salad, to Mediterranean-style MSC-certified Chilean sea bass with homemade bigoli, tomatoes and crispy capers, and pan-seared Australian Murray cod served with lemon and pea risotto.

Part of a wider regional initiative spanning Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore, this offering reinforces the importance of conscious seafood consumption in a city obsessed with fresh seafood which comes here from all over the world!

Join the blue food movement to treasure our oceans’ finite resources—choose right today, and every time you dine out.
