Discover the rich diversity of Japanese sake at WHISK serving a special edition of sublime Oma-Sake dinner menu available for a limited time only, featuring competition grade sake entered into Oriental Sake Awards 2025! During these 2 weeks in August, on each night, our Sake Sommelier Martin Ho will pair his hand-picked selection ranging from light and refreshing to full-bodied and umami-forward sake types with the seasonal modern European menu featuring ASC-certified Australian Spanner Crab with Baenki Caviar and Fennel Cremeux and signature Yellow Chicken stuffed with Truffle Farcie and Ten Grain Rice!
Each evening offers unique and unrepeatable sake selection giving you a greater opportunity to try a broad range of sake with your foodie and sake enthusiast friends!

In the spirit of appreciating fleeting moments, Oma-sake dinners at WHISK are all about celebrating the unrepeatable dining experiences.
Out of more than 800+ sake and shochu labels entered this season into Oriental Sake Awards for judging by international experts, our sommelier will expertly pick and choose the best matches to pair with the exquisite modern European dishes prepared with use of artisan meats and sustainable seafood as well as seasonal ingredients.

Savour Exquisite Modern European Dining with Sublime Sake Pairings
Pick between 4 or 6 courses and enjoy bold and satisfying dining experience featuring vibrantly flavoured dishes such as Ama Ebi with Finger Lime and Shellfish Dressing.
For mains, savour a half of our signature Roasted Yellow Chicken with Truffle Farcie, Ten Grain Rice and Smoked Chicken Sauce, and finish off your meal with tempting Tiramisu dessert!
You may also choose to upgrade your meal with extra dishes such as Grilled Boston Lobster Tail with Saffron Rouille and Local Fish Bouillabaisse.
