Teaming up with Hong Kong Sustainable Seafood Coalition to celebrate World Ocean Day isn’t just a seasonal affair each summer. We ensure traceability of seafood that we serve and strive to deliver you the best-tasting experience possible while respecting the environment and biodiversity.

We choose consciously caught MSC-certified seafood so that you can enjoy it with peace of heart. Depending on the season, you may find ASC-certified Spanner Crab with Kaviari Caviar, or the Grilled Boston Lobster with Tandoori Carrot & Citrus Sauce.

Food miles matter too, so we champion local seafood from trusted suppliers wherever possible in dishes such as Hokkaido Scallop with Local Fish Bouillabaise and seasonal Firefly Squid from Japan!

Spring seasonal specials include Loire Valley Asparagus in Miso Emulsion, Pyrenees Milk-fed Lamb with Provence Green Asparagus, and for dessert Sicilian Pistachio Cake with Amaou Strawberry Sorbet!
