Beagle used to be an organic farmer, work in an organic shop and raw food cafe, hotel health club. He has always been interested in health and wellness, he loves hiking, swimming and cycling but he felt these forms of exercise are limited by ever-changing weather. Until he encountered yoga in 2012.
After taking his first yoga class, he immediately felt the healing power of yoga. Not only was he energized physically but also grounded mentally. After practicing yoga for a few years, he decided to make a change in his life so he registered as a RYT-200 yoga teacher with Samrat Dasgupta in 2015. After that, he continued studying mindfulness yin yoga with Chris Su.
He likes to share the details learnt from the past in the class and mainly guide students to let the breath and asana connect, and gradually open the body, focusing on body, mind & spiritual balance!

Restorative yoga is simply that – restorative. It is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching, centering of your breath and body, and aligning the physical and mental by practising stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. The props assist in helping you to hold poses longer. During the long holds of restorative yoga your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It’s a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress.
