Pick from a menu of seasonal specials by Chef Edwin Tang changing seasonally, and featuring his award-winning interpretation of the King Crab Claw dish, the tender “Drunken Pigeon” marinated with Chinese “Hua Diao” wine, Steamed Mandarin fish fillet with crispy bean and rice roll, and Steamed Mandarin fish fillet with crispy bean and rice roll.
