Shivani is an inner and outer explorer, who has devotedly studied mindfulness meditation practices for 13 years. She went to India seeking her own spiritual growth three times since 2007, and well trained by international mindfulness teachers.
She has been conducting meditation since 2015. Among a number of public appearances, she has been the meditation trainer at the Body Mind Spirit Expo which took place at Hong Kong Chinese University and Poly U in 2015 & 2016. She draws on her extensive experience in working with people as a coach for personal growth under a non-profit organization.
She is passionate about sharing the power of meditation, especially meditation with active body movement such as dance and strong breathing which is happily embraced by busy and modern professionals.
