The region of Occitanie is most famous for expressive wines of Languedoc and Roussillon determined by the Mediterranean climate and made with local varieties of grapes with distinct personalities, which pair perfectly with Wagyu delights such as Beef Tartare with Raspberry Koji and Wagyu Tenderloin with Wild Garlic Puree!
