Our beef-centric menu proudly showcases nature-led beef from northern Australia, where purest breed of wagyu cattle spends no less than 3 years grazing freely on vast swaths of unique to that corner of the world grasslands; before finishing their growth on a thoughtfully composed grain fodder for a minimum of 330 days.
