For mains, enjoy bountiful local catch such as Crispy Amadai with Local Fish Bouillabaisse and Saffron Rouille or select a half of our signature Roasted Yellow Chicken with 10 Grain Rice perfect for sharing by 2 Guests (supplement applies).

Among 6 choices hand-picked by our Hotel Sommelier, you may try versatile styles of sake such as umami-rich cloudy sake Kita Akita Nigori which is aged under the snow and has received 4 gold awards in the warm sake category at the National Hot Sake Contest (2016 – 2019). Or sip on top quality Junmai Daijingo that is fragrant on the nose and elegant on the palate such as Dewatsuru Hisho-No-Mai with a recognisable bouquet of sweet plum and melon that is light on the body and goes perfectly with seafood and umami-forward dishes!
