Starting from 20 February, discover a whole new range of remarkably smooth sake from Akita Prefecture where its essence comes from the piled snow and ice of the cold winter, pure water and of course the high quality locally produced Akita Sake Komachi rice.

Among 6 choices hand-picked by our Hotel Sommelier, you may try versatile styles of sake such as umami-rich cloudy sake Kita Akita Nigori which is aged under the snow and has received 4 gold awards in the warm sake category at the National Hot Sake Contest (2016 – 2019). Or sip on top quality Junmai Daijingo that is fragrant on the nose and elegant on the palate such as Dewatsuru Hisho-No-Mai with a recognisable bouquet of sweet plum and melon that is light on the body and goes perfectly with silky Chawanmushi with French Bouchot Mussels!

Starting from just HK$1,188 for 2 Guests, the menu includes 4 French-Japanese creations such as Obsiblue Prawn with Coral Lobster, French Bouchot Mussels in delicate steamed egg custard, and an exquisite dessert – Hojicha Hot Soufflé Tart.

There are many choices of indulgent mains such as tender Barbary Duck, juicy Pigeon or the premium Wagyu Ribeye with Agria potato. Plus you can also always add on an extra plate of Lobster with Narutomaki and Smoked Seaweed as fifth course. With so many combinations, you’ll be coming back for more often!
