Prepared by Chef Sheldon Fonseca, the menu features premium artisan and local meats such as Australian Lamb Rump with Spring Garlic, A5 Miyazaki Wagyu with Loire Valley White Asparagus, and signature Three Yellow Roasted Chicken with Genmai 10 Grain Rice.
