About Sky Huo

Sky HUO pursues her dreams in the hospitality industry after her passion in film art. It surely is a great spot light for her being one of the Top 25 Bartenders of Drinks World Asia Hong Kong in 2014, which inspired her to better herself working abroad, some best places in the world like Happiness Forgets, London (Best International Bar 2018) and The Baxter Inn, Sydney (World’s 50 Best Bars 12th 2016). When the timing was right, she returned to HK to run The Sea, a venture of the award-winning Old Man Hong Kong. Expanding on her knowledge and passion, she is a founder and spirits educator of Spirits Cave.
