In honour of the impressive anniversary of Hong Kong Space Museum, The Mira Hong Kong’s pastry artisans unveil a stellar collection of space-themed treats that are truly out of this world.
Blueberry Spacewalk^ (HK$488) – A galaxy of flavour in a large baked vanilla cheesecake layered with blueberry compote, honey sponge, and berriolette cream.
Yuzu Saturn (HK$88)– A radiant petit gâteau bursting with mango cream, yuzu curd, almond crumble, and honey sponge.
Orbit Sphere (HK$32) – A golden pastry crafted from croissant dough, filled with silky vanilla custard and caramel.
Martian Sunrise (HK$28) – A soft butter brioche with violet and berries custard, inspired by the red planet’s morning glow.
