Created by Executive Pastry Chef Alexis Watrin specially for Super Dads, the Chocolate & Hazelnut Delight available in petit solo cake version or as large cake for sharing with the whole family is a tribute to dads’ efforts: rich and deep layers and textures of chocolate with sponge cake and 66% chocolate mousse, laced with nutty and crunchy hazelnut praline, and finished with vanilla chantilly for the perfect balance.
