Indulge in enticing Ratatouille and Goat Cheese Pinchos, a Striped Salmon that’s a twist on Alice Toklas’s beloved sea bass, char-grilled Firefly Squid with Puntalette splashed with squid ink brush strokes, and artisan Roasted Racan Pigeon with a humble pairing of Peas & Bacon. For a sweet finale of the menu, the Executive Pastry Chef of The Mira, Smita Grosse, has prepared a chocolate-framed “Still Life” dessert with Hazelnut Cake, Orange Cremeux, and Vanilla Custard, served with edible chamomile flowers.
