Beef up your dinner with a sharing portion of one of the succulent cuts such as the coveted US Black Angus Rib Eye, dry-aged for 90 days 18-year old Rubia Gallega considered by many the best meat in the world, or the holy grail of steaks – the porterhouse with distinctive T-bone, sourced by Chef Oliver Li from pristine grasslands of Ireland and artisan butchers of John Stone.
For the purists of flavour and fans of succulent marbling, there is also Australian M5 Wagyu Tomahawk which makes a fabulous centrepiece to any dinner party.
