Every Saturday Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira puts a Cantonese spin on a western concept of brunch for an exquisite family gathering where you may sip on superior grade teas and enjoy unlimited servings of dim sum, followed by sumptuous seafood mains complete with free-flowing wines and champagne!
The new Saturday brunch menu, now features 16 choices of unlimited dim sum, including exquisite contemporary choices such as Crispy Taro Puffs with Foie Gras and Diced Chicken, next to classic must-haves such as Har Gaow and Steamed BBQ pork buns.
Among a selection of gourmet mains by Chef Edwin Tang, pick from Stir-fried fresh Boston lobster with preserved spicy vegetables, or Baked fresh Boston lobster with shrimp sauce, followed by a choice of moreish fried rice or Sichuan-style noodles, before you settle for all-you-can-eat desserts.
The premium tea choices include top-grade Oolong, aged Pu Erh, and delicate Iranian rosebuds.
