From a curated library of dry-aged beef, including the show-stopping 90 days dry-aged 18-year-old Rubia Gallega prime rib, to creative compositions such as gently cooked Blue Brittany Lobster with perfectly al dente tagliolini in lime butter with galangal and seaweed, these plates are the perfect conversation starters.
Available nightly from Monday to Saturday, 6:30pm – 10pm.

For carnivore connoisseurs, a choice of in-house dry aged award-winning beef at WHISK is not to be missed. Far from your ordinary steak, WHISK offers anything from a sizeable Australian M5 Wagyu Tomahawk kept in controlled temperature and humidity for 35+ days, through Japanese Wagyu from Kagoshima, and the 28+ days aged Porterhouse Steak from the green pastures of Ireland that is the treasure trove for every meat aficionado.
WHISK is also one of the very few restaurants in Hong Kong where you may try the highly sought after 18-year-old “Rubia Gallega” prime rib from northwestern Spain, dry-aged in-house for even more intense flavour for more than 90 days!
The “Galician Blond” breed of aged cows are by many foodies, critics and food writers around, considered the best beef in the world.
