Among ingredient-driven new mains pick from intensely flavored Muscovado Roasted Wood Pigeon, Roasted Suckling Pig with Burnt Onion Puree, Sage and Black Garlic – one of the highlights of the 2017 art-inspired menu served for limited time only – or the succulent Lavender & Honey Roasted Whole Aged Duck with Hay Roasted Root Vegetables that makes an impressive, rustic centerpiece of a dinner table ideal for group celebrations.
No meal is complete without creative and comforting sides. New propositions at WHISK include Lobster Mac & Cheese, Truffled Pomme Mash, and aromatic Honey Roasted Butternut Squash with Herbs.
For carnivore connoisseurs, a choice of in-house dry aged award-winning beef from green pastures of Ireland including sizeable Tomahawk aged for 35+ days, and the 28+ days aged Porterhouse Steak are not to be missed.
Favorite signature classics such as Pork Belly Ragout Fettuccine, Lobster Tagliolini, and ‘WHISK It Up’ Salad made with 18 ingredients remain unchanged, they way you like them and keep coming back for more.
