Famed for its rich roe and ravishing flavor, hairy crab from Tai Wu Lake in China has inspired Cuisine Cuisine’s master Chef Kwong to create a tantalizing 7-course set menu highlighting tender texture of this seasonal crustacean.
Expect the unexpected with expertly crafted dishes such as: Braised bird’s nest soup with crab meat, winter melon and dried scallops; or Baked eggplant stuffed with scallops, pumpkin and hairy crab’s roe.
