Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent services to guests at all areas
  • Co-ordinates and works closely with all departments in order to meet the needs of all guests who are staying in our Hotel 
  • Maintains a close rapport relationship between guests and the hotel through face to face contacts 
  • Obtains valuable feedback from guests through social conversation

Qualifications 

  • Degree / Higher Diploma in hospitality 
  • 2 years' relevant experience preferably in hospitality industry 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and common sense
  • Good command in English and Chinese, knowledge in other foreign languages is welcomed
  • Pleasant, positive, mature and presentable
