Responsibilities
- Provides excellent services to guests at all areas
- Co-ordinates and works closely with all departments in order to meet the needs of all guests who are staying in our Hotel
- Maintains a close rapport relationship between guests and the hotel through face to face contacts
- Obtains valuable feedback from guests through social conversation
Qualifications
- Degree / Higher Diploma in hospitality
- 2 years' relevant experience preferably in hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and common sense
- Good command in English and Chinese, knowledge in other foreign languages is welcomed
- Pleasant, positive, mature and presentable
