The restaurant offers extensive a la carte menu filled with famed signature dishes that carefully showcase the art of Cantonese cuisine such as revered Roasted Peking Duck and Honey-glazed BBQ Pork along with modern interpretations including Golden Hokkaido Scallop with Mango Sauce and Rice Cracker, and Steamed Lobster with Peach Gum, Shredded Coconut and Egg White.
