Cantonese love for the freshest seafood is famous throughout the world and bordering on a foodie obsession. No wonder Chef Edwin Tang thought of delicate fish maw, gentle abalone and revered sea cucumber for this season’s Valentine’s Day menu promising a true “feast for the senses”.
While there are many stars on the 7-course menu such as baked rice with Hokkaido scallop and avocado in champagne cheese sauce but the true show-stopper is the gently stir-fried lobster with spicy preserved vegetables.
Cooked to perfection with just the right amount of heaty flavours Valentine’s Day dining at Cuisine Cuisine will surely help to rekindle the flame, especially when enjoyed at one of the cozy yet elegant private booths.
