Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira proudly presents its 2018 edition of a la carte menu offering more than 80 picks featuring tantalizing textures and flavour combinations ranging from live and premium dried seafood; superior soups made with praised sea cucumber, bird’s nest and abalone; gentle seasonal vegetables; and prime cuts of decadent meats such as signature Roasted BBQ Pork and Peking Duck.
Among all-new show-stopping dishes that are sure to become the new locals’ favorite picks are impressive Sautéed Sole Fish with Chives, Mushrooms and Seasonal Vegetables, decadent Braised Lobster and Truffle Soup with Carabinero Prawn, and moreish Stewed Spare Ribs in Mandarin Sauce.
